Quantum PMU Colors was founded in 2018, in North Hollywood, California. We have raised the bar by revolutionizing the way permanent make-up pigments are made. No corners are ever cut in the manufacturing process and the ingredients used are the best available on the market. Our inks are water based, acrylic-free, Vegan, Kosher, Cruelty-Free and among the ones highest in pigment density but still the creamiest!
Quantum PMU Colors are proudly manufactured in the USA, in small batches to ensure the consistency and perfection of every batch. Our inks are laboratory tested & approved. Our pigments are sold worldwide and especially for the European Market we have developed our Platinum Label Pigments which are all EU REACH Compliant.
As of 2022 we expanded our offices to Europe by opening our Dutch office through which we sell and ship all over Europe and beyond.....
