Shipping

We currently offer shipping services from FedEx, PostNL, DPD and DHL . When you place an order in our website you will see the shipping rate, that's applicable for your country of shipping, in your shopping cart.

Our Shipping rates are as follows: 

Netherlands     Є 6.95

Belgium           Є 8,95

Germany          Є 9.25

France              Є 15,-

Rest of Europe   Є 25,-

Shipping Time

Orders which we receive on Monday through Friday before 17:00h CET will be shipped the same day. The delivery takes between 1 to 4 business days to arrive. 

Please note; we are dependent on the services of the carrier and cannot be held responsible for any delays beyond our fault. 

Track & Trace

After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation from Quantum Tattoo Ink via email. When your order is accepted by the carrier you will also receive a confirmation from them with the tracking info via email.

Returns

Not satisfied with the product? Within 14 days of receipt you have the option to return the product. To do so, please follow the steps below.


1.  Send an e-mail to info@quantumpmucolors.eu and explain why you want to return your purchase.

2.  Pack the products in original condition and packaging in a box.

3.  Deliver the package to the post office of drop off point of your choice. 

Refunds

When do we refund?
We will refund the costs you have incurred (purchase costs and original shipping costs) after receiving your return package, within 14 days. For this purpose we will use the payment details used to pay for the order in our shop.

What do you get back?
When returning the entire order, you will receive a full refund, including the original shipping and payment costs. When returning part of the order, you will receive a refund of the costs of the returned product(s).

Would you like to exchange an item?
If you have ordered the wrong item you can exchange it. The costs for returning the item are for your own account. The costs for sending the exchanged items are for our account (within 14 days).

Where and when do I receive the refund?
We will refund the amount in the same way you paid for it and this can take up to 14 days.

The costs for the return shipment are for your own account. Are you returning a product because it was damaged or wrongly delivered? Please contact us before sending the product.
