For all promotions the general terms and conditions apply, unless otherwise communicated in the promotional communication on the website and / or on social media.
Quantum Tattoo Ink EU B.V. reserves the right at any time, without giving any reason to stop the promotion or to change the terms and conditions. A revised version of the action conditions will be placed on our website. Quantum Tattoo Ink EU B.V. and the participants are bound by the contents and provisions of the General Terms and Conditions of the Campaign. By participating in a Quantum Tattoo Ink EU B.V. promotion, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
Promotions
The nature, duration and expiration date of a discount or promotion and other specific terms of use will always be communicated in the expression. Participant has to be over 18 to participate.
The promotions and offers apply exclusively to purchases made in the relevant promotional period.
When purchasing a discounted product online, the discount is automatically deducted in the shopping cart. If a discount code applies, then this must be entered to settle the discount.
In case of a win, there is no correspondence about the outcome regarding the winner and/or the prizes.

Discount codes

Each discount code is valid for a certain period, after this period the discount code can no longer be used.
A discount code can only be used once; if you cancel or return the order, no new discount code will be issued.
Discount codes are not valid on any delivery and service fees.

Discount codes cannot be used for open orders.
Discount is not redeemable for cash.
Additional Conditions
When returning (one of) the goods, the value of the goods minus the given discount will be paid.

Printing, publication and typesetting errors are reserved in all our communications, for which we are not liable.

Customers who demonstrably abuse the actions, may be excluded. Also, any discount/promotion product provided wrongly may be reclaimed.
