WHAT TYPES OF PIGMENTS ARE IN YOUR PRODUCTS?

Instead, we use a plant-based sugar alcohol called kosher vegetable glycerine to provide lubrication and hydration to the skin during the application process. WHY DO YOU USE ETHYL ALCOHOL?

In order to ensure both the safety and the even tone of your permanent cosmetic tattoo, we use ethyl alcohol in our formula. According to a study by Dr. CHO MYUNGSHIN  Ethyl alcohol is “one of the most important ingredients” of tattoo or cosmetic ink because “it prevents bacterial contamination of the tattoo ink and distributes pigments in the skin enabling the even appearance of a finished tattoo.”

WHAT OTHER INGREDIENTS DO YOU USE TO CREATE PERMANENT INK WITH THE PERFECT CONSISTENCY?

In addition to using ethyl alcohol, we use distilled water free of any impurities or added minerals as a carrier for our pigments.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF USING EUCALYPTUS IN YOUR COSMETIC INK?

Eucalyptus doesn’t just smell great, it has other purposes as well. A few of the known BENEFITS OF EUCALYPTUS include antiseptic and antibacterial properties to prevent infection. Research has also shown that eucalyptus may also have pain-relieving and anti-inflammatory properties.

WAIT, YOU HAVE HERBS IN YOUR PERMANENT MAKEUP SUPPLIES?

Yes! Aside from eucalyptus, our formula also contains thymol. This compound, derived from the herb thyme, has SEVERAL HEALTH BENEFITS. The primary reason that we use it in our formula is that it has antibacterial properties including those that protect against staph infections.

What other plant-based ingredients can be found in your cosmetic pigments?

Menthol, derived from (or mint) plants, is another one of our ingredients you may be familiar with. In addition to its natural fresh scent, menthol also has slight analgesic and cooling properties to make clients more comfortable throughout the process.
